Some examples of the resources children access include:

• Ceramic tea cups and tea pots, to explore materials, weight, cause and effect and to learn care and respect
• Curiosity Cubes containing intriguing artefacts linked to children’s interests
• Loose-parts play such as crates, tubes, blocks and pipes for open-ended construction and creativity
• Real adult clothing and shoes, including multicultural dress-up, allowing children to experience the real world in meaningful ways
